• day-to-day law and business practising, representation in negotiations with stakeholders as well as common knowledge of tax and accounting law
• knowledge of legal aspects of property search, acquisition and evaluation as well as legal and business assessment of investment projects
• experience in managing investment ventures, providing financial guidance as well as carrying out investment profitability studies for those ventures
• property legal state assessment,  ability to draw up legal reports such as due diligence and SWOT analysis
• expertise in and ability to prepare investment, building, project management, general execution and investment substitution agreements as well as project design and architectural supervision agreements with all the pertaining documents
• handling cases from within building law (appeals against decisions, complaints to Provincial Administrative Courts, building willfulness etc.)
• knowledge and ability to practically apply regulations regarding land layout, ability to properly interpret Local Land Management Plans, knowledge of legal aspects of decisions regarding land and building development , water law and environment protection law
• knowledge and practical application of the Property Development Act, preparation of development agreements as well as the pertaining Informative Prospectus
• competence and experience in housing law application, preparation of property management and building administration agreements, skilled in verification of calculations and financial statements for residential communities
• capable of developing corporate procedures as well as conducting staff training in various business areas, particularly within building law, civil, housing and property law
